‘INESSENCE’ is a monthly online event where I will guide you to relax, rejuvenate, centre yourself and connect to your own essence.

Many people are feeling challenged throughout the world right now and this has been present for a number of years. It feels like the right time for me to bring my online presence to this world and offer some loving support.

You are all invited to experience INESSENCE by simply showing up and being open to receive your own presence wherever you are inside yourself. All you need to do is arrive and be present.

I will offer my skills as a shamanic practitioner who has been specialising in sound healing for over 30 years, sharing my voice with percussion giving you space to deeply connect to yourself and welcome any relaxation your body, mind and soul requires.

Wherever I am in the world I will continue to share these monthly offerings with you all.
